The magical children Cezary Lavender and Dorothy Orange charter the help of the flying bird kite Penelope to take them to an even more magical city floating high in the clouds. Originally they sought the assistance of Penelope’s husband Wendel, but alas, he is a kite made of bricks and therefore would not be very much help in flying at all
